DRIVER CPC COURSES

Driver CPC Periodic Training approved courses are available for delivery by transport & logistics consultant Chris Metcalfe.

The courses will enable drivers to complete two 7 hour modules as part of their legal requirement to complete 35 hours of training in a five year period.

Course 1 - Driver Customer Service & Company Image (CRS1359/631)

This interactive course explores good and bad customer service and looks in detail at 14 areas where drivers can make improvements to the level of customer service they provide

Course 2 - Drivers Hours, Record Keeping & Defect Reporting (CRS1360/631)

This course acts a refresher for drivers and reminds them of their responsibilities and updates them on current legislation. This is an essential course to provide knowledge which will enable drivers to avoid mistakes which could affect the integrity of the O Licence.

The course can be delivered for groups up to 10 people or less and can be carried out on customers’ premises if required.

The cost of the courses is £70 per driver per course on your premises which includes the admin charge to upload the drivers’ details to the DSA website when courses have been completed.
